Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you give us at least 48 hours’ notice. Any deposits paid for treatments will be lost if 48 hours is not given. The reason for this policy is appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice are difficult to fill.
Lateness Policy
Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Please inform me if you are running late on 07493561396
Deposits for Appointments
There is a £40 deposit payable for all aesthetic appointments and deposits will be redeemable against any treatment on the day. Deposits are fully refundable only in the following circumstances - if 48 hours’ notice is given for any cancelations or if you are deemed unsuitable for treatment or if the lateness policy is activated.
No Shows
You will lose the deposit paid to secure the appointment if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment and you will be required to give a deposit for your next appointment.
Courses of treatments
All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Treatment courses and packages are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
